EMS USA provides Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and Analytical Services to refineries, petrochemical facilities, gas processing plants, pulp and paper plants, pharmaceutical facilities, power plants, municipalities, and more.

We also ensure that every environmental assignment comes wrapped in an effective information tracking and reporting system, a complete regulatory compliance analysis and reporting tool.  Our integrated services deliver benefits that are as notable inside the fence as they are outside.  We also offer emergency response for major leaks, containment breaches, and other events requiring immediate sampling and analytical results.   Environmental risks are minimized, product losses are controlled, leaks are discovered quickly, and repaired in a very timely manner.

EMS’s I-WRAP kits are designed to provide our customers with an engineered solution that is a low-cost, long-term, flexible alternative to pipe sleeves or pipe replacement.  I-WRAP is made from carbon fiber impregnated with high strength epoxy polymers.  It can be used to repair structures, pipes, tanks, and vessels and can be applied to the interior and exterior of pipelines.  I-WRAP extends service life and reduces maintenance without removal from service.

The basic Standard Kit design uses two overlapping and parallel wraps.  A Spiral Wrap may be used for elbows, tees, and any other pipeline sections where there may be obstructions.  In longer run sections of pipe, the wrap also gives added torsional strength.
